LANDSCAPES

The Salento area is characterized by rural landscapes with ancient roads forced by dry stone walls and protected by vegetation that transform them into real tunnels, sometimes reassuring and sometimes disturbing. Streets colored by the white of the limestone rocks and the red of the great parched lands , crossed by the green of the centuries-old olive trees and vineyards. Medieval streets, once trafficked by old wagons pulled by mules weighed down by the load of wine and oil.

The blue of the long coasts alternating between beaches with thick golden sand and more or less impressive cliffs relax the soul. All these elements are surrounded by a deep warm light.
